In 1995 Ron & Vickie Olson purchased a small restaurant/bar in South Bend, NE and helped grow the customer base so big that in 2003 they had to build a new building right outside of town to accommodate that growing business. With this new building a reception hall was added to offer a new place to host events. Youngest son T.J. Olson grew up with Round the Bend and learned the in's and out's of the business, and in May 2012 he and wife Tifini decided to take the plunge and became the newest owners. With this they are still able to keep it in the family so that food quality is able to stay the same. So whether you're a regular customer or it's been awhile since you've seen us, come on out and enjoy a meal with us with a great view of the Platte River Valley.
